Livingston HealthCare has filed a lawsuit against the city of Livingston alleging the city imposed additional fees and requirements during construction of the nonprofit’s new facility.

The complaint, filed earlier this week in Sixth Judicial District Court in Park County, states that after agreeing on the design for water, sewer and other services, the city imposed “additional, changing, and arbitrary requirements” and withheld construction permit approval until LHC’s infrastructure designs met additional requirements.

LHC is seeking unspecified damages to be determined at trial, according to the complaint.
