Roads to Cooke City are open after a large snowstorm swept across Park County Monday.
The roads were clear starting at 5 p.m. Tuesday, according to Yellowstone National Park spokeswoman Linda Veress.
The road was closed Monday night after heavy snows in the area made visibility difficult and plows could not keep up to make the road passable.
The roads between Cooke City and Mammoth are open, which provides entrance into the park at this time, Veress said.
However, people driving in that direction should be aware that snow tires are required.
