Welcome back to the “old normal.”
Snowpack around the Livingston area is above average for this point in the winter, Lucas Zukiewicz, a water supply specialist with the Natural Resources Conservation Service in Bozeman, said Thursday. The snowpack is currently at 103 percent of normal.
“It’s a bright spot in the state,” Zukiewicz said.
At this time last year, the percentage was 94 percent of normal.
